He exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a normal sales advisor like the other stores but he spoke to us like he knew us. Knew our circumstances and what we exactly needed (2 kids needing leather and leather care). He also smiled made great contact and was very friendly with my little boy keeping him entertained. All round amazing colleague. At the same time being professional and having full knowledge of the products.

It was not possible to embark on my trip without my two sons (aged 2 and 5) in tow. They were running around the sofas and I could not concentrate. I was most impressed therefore and very grateful that he organised a young lady to sit and entertain them but where I could still see them too. Felt it was good customer care.
